Educated in Germany, Queensland, and Yonsei University in South Korea, Jamie has lived and worked in Japan and Korea gaining diverse global insights. His roles range from leading First Nations outdoor programs at Uluru to managing Japanese Guest Relations at Sofitel hotels. With 12 years at Flight Centre, Jamie is a people person who excels in problem-solving and project management, communicating fluently in three languages. An avid traveller since 19, he has explored the globe, embracing every experience, from street cricket in India to fine dining in Tokyo, with enthusiasm and respect.

Manjul Prateeti, born and brought up in India, offers unique perspective on experiencing India and its myriad cultures. She is an internationally recognized expert in experiential education and outdoor leadership, has over 14 years’ experience in education and outdoor sectors. With an MSc in Outdoor Education from the University of Edinburgh, she has designed programs that blend adventure with leadership development. Her career includes leading curriculum design for outdoor organisations, emphasizing critical thinking, problem-solving, and social responsibility. Manjul’s expertise in risk management fosters safe, engaging learning environments that support transformative growth. She serves on the AEE Accreditation Council, making her a key figure in experiential education and outdoor program development.

Dr. David Marsden is a highly experienced leader in outdoor education and experience based learning, beginning with his own early adventures in South Eastern Australia's wilderness. He is currently a Director with The OREAS Group, overseeing Journey 4 Good, Travel 4 Good, and OREAS Consulting. David's career spans roles as an educator, academic, and executive leader. His doctoral research advanced outdoor educator preparation in the tertiary sector. He has chaired Adventure Activity Standards committees and serves on state and national advisory boards, advocating for safety and education in the outdoors.

Senior Risk & Safety Advisor

Paul Horton is a seasoned Safety and Risk Consultant with over 30 years in outdoor safety and risk management. He has served as an international expedition guide and as General Manager of Risk for a leading Australian outdoor education provider. Under his leadership, the organization became the first in Australia to achieve accreditation from the Association for Experiential Education (AEE). Paul’s extensive experience includes designing risk management frameworks for outdoor education and adventure programs, with a focus on aligning safety practices with operational goals to elevate safety standards across the sector.

Kate Smith is a seasoned executive in strategy, client relationships, and partnerships, with extensive experience in both private and public sectors. Known for her dynamic approach to business growth, Kate excels at client acquisition, brand development, and leading cross-functional teams. At Journey 4 Good, Kate brings her expertise in strategic direction, market positioning, and fostering partnerships to drive impactful educational experiences.
